Weeping Willow Tree Collection

The weeping willow tree collection is unique to losses experienced during the multiple stages of fertility treatment options. The losses experienced through this heartbreaking journey are not easy to navigate, but what we have realized is a loss is still a loss no matter at what point or what stage in OI, IUI, or IVF processes and procedures one is currently experiencing.

 

Strangely, while trying to navigate the pain resulted from failed fertility treatments, I gravitated toward the weeping willow tree. The way the branches hung and swayed in the wind seemed so sad and at the time seemed to be the perfect manifestation for how I felt....inwardly defeated and easily swayed by negative thoughts that surrounded me.

It was during this time, that my husband and I poured ourselves into scripture and ironically enough, the weeping willow tree served as the perfect outward symbol of the journey that we had experienced. 

 

Like many things, it is all about perspective. Like I said before, at first glance, the weeping willow tree appears defeated and easily swayed; however, by digging deep into scripture, the weeping willow tree took on a completely different meaning.

 

The branches of the weeping willow still cried, but instead they served as a reminder that instead of crying in dismay, I cried to a Father that loved me and had a plan for me and my family. I knew this because I rooted myself in His promises and truly believed in the motto that has shaped this business, "God hears the words of the heart left unspoken, then uses His words to heal the broken." While waiting on the Lord, root yourself in scripture that reminds you where your strength lies and allow these promises to strengthen and guide you.

 

This solid foundation rooted in the Holy Word can lead to a complete change in mindset and perception and thus the weeping willow is not seen as sad and forgotten, but instead heard and beloved.
